• Rurik, the managing director of The Phoenix Group, has been with the company since its inception. He is a qualified school teacher, who’s also schooled in law and is currently completing his Masters in Future Studies. His hobbies include collecting wine, reading, cycling and spending time with his two dogs

• Chantel heads up the HR department at TPG. She is doing Masters in Industrial psychology and is a registered psychometrist. She has a couple of marathons under her belt and also enjoys dancing.
